Trek Kicks Lemond to the Curb

In the “what on earth took you so long” department, Trek has decided to ditch Greg Lemond and his line of eponymous bikes. Why?
[Trek President] Burke cited LeMond’s public comments regarding doping allegations against Lance Armstrong and others, LeMond’s decision to offer a mass merchant accessory product line in 2000, and his “inconsistent” commitment to the brand.
Yeah, no crap. I mean, Greggy accusing Lancie-poo of doping means that…um, maybe those bikes weren’t so freakin’ special after all… To the curb with you Mr. Lemond!
